If something isn’t right with your order, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, opened products can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged.
